For hundreds of years, individuals have experienced a state in which their spiritual self, or soul, is freed from their physical body, allowing their spirit to then explore regions of time and space that differ from the plane their physical body is inhabiting. This state is called the out of body experience, sometimes abbreviated as OBE.
Some of the characteristics of this experience, sometimes called astral projection, include feelings of weightlessness, a sense of being free from physical limitations, and being able to look at one’s own physical body from a multi-dimensional, external point of view.
Those who report having out of body experiences usually do so immediately after going through a traumatic event (either physical, mental, emotional, or a combination of the three), an interaction with drugs, or after intentionally-inducing one through meditation and then a series of specific sequential steps.
Out of body experiences are distinctly not dream events; they differ in that they are conscious states of awareness, often quite vivid, that unfold in real time. Dreams are the concoctions of the subconscious mind and may or may not appear to be real. Individuals who have had out of body experiences typically say that during the state, their senses are heightened and they possess additional levels of awareness beyond their usual physical senses.
People who report out of body experiences feel as if their spirits or souls take on another form in addition to their physical bodies, and that this spirit - also called the astral body - is then free to visit different dimensions, different times, and to even encounter loved ones who have passed on to the other side.
It is easy to understand why so many people actively seek out an OBE. They may be searching for otherwise unknowable answers to questions such as ‘what will happen after I die?’ or ‘what is the size of the universe?’ Alternatively, they may simply want to reconnect with family or friends with whom they have unfinished business.
It is important to know that people of all ages and from all cultures and professions have out of body experiences. Some people are reluctant to report that they have had an OBE because they fear religious repercussions, but various scriptures throughout history document the occurrence of out of body experiences, including ancient Native American oral histories and the Christian Bible.
Although most people who actively try to have an out of body experience are new age thinkers, the practice actually is an ancient way to strive for personal enlightenment and betterment.
Surprisingly, individuals report traveling outside of their physical bodies with some degree of frequency: about one out of every 15 people has experienced some sort of out of body experience. Such experiences happen to people in almost any situation as well, from sleeping or relaxing to being in the midst of a violent situation such as an accident or a pending accident. The rationale for such a wide spectrum of causality is simply, people are different, and thus respond differently to various situations.
Reports indicate that a vibrating feeling is common in out of body experiences, as is the feeling that the physical body suddenly becomes extremely heavy. Many think that these feelings indicate the separation of the soul or spiritual self from the physical body, thereby enabling the spirit to travel throughout the astral plane.
Some people who are not familiar with the concept of the out of body experience fear that if their spiritual self separates from their physical body, it may not be able to re-unite. Experts suggest, however, that a permanent link exists between the spiritual and physical selves, and that this is particularly the case with people who are sufficiently self-aware to induce the state on purpose. Because it is not believed that the spirit can somehow become trapped outside the physical body, there is very little reason to fear having an out of body experience.
Out of body experiences are more common than you might think. They have been a part of the human experience for hundreds of years and in a variety of different cultures. Having an out of body experience has long been thought to be a way to achieve self-understanding and a means of achieving greater enlightenment for the world around us.
Opportunities for growth not only in personal insight, but technological advancement lie beyond our physical consciousness as well if only we will quiet our minds long enough to allow our true inner selves the freedom they so fundamentally crave. Through personal study and practice, one can begin the process of unlocking his or her own personal potential and spiritual awakening — the path is there, and we have only to take the first step.

Imagine a scenario where 50% of the soccer coaching drills should adopt development of trapping skills as their focal point. You won’t take it seriously. But No! Research shows that trapping along with passing and dribbling skills alone decide whether your team is capable of winning matches or not.
When a player catches the ball and is able to maintain its possession with him, it’s trapping. In such soccer exercises, they can use their feet, chest, and thighs to do so.
Players must be familiar with the job of trapping the ball. If they can’t trap the ball, they are sure to lose their grip over the match because this is very basic. Below mentioned methods can be used to teach trapping skills to the players.
Involve the Feet: Primarily, the coach must teach the players to use their feet in tackling the ball. In kids soccer drills, the kids must be particularly trained on using the inside of their foot. The fact that the inside area of the foot is large makes it easy for the players to hold the ball.
In soccer coaching drills, players can be taught to use the instep or crown of the foot along with entire foot when the players are senior and established. In cases where the ball bounces a lot, it is best to make them use their shin or ankle to tackle the ball.
Thigh Movement: A thigh is very useful in controlling the fast and bouncy approaching ball. Instruct the players to get in front of the ball, stand on one feet and rise the other thigh to stop the ball. Most importantly, practice dropping your knee once it connects with the ball for the ball to drop down and stay with you rather than getting away.
This activity has to be practiced regularly in order to become an expert at it by first using the knee to catch the ball and then bringing the knee down to prevent it from getting away.
Use the Chest: You can also use your chest to trap the ball that is high up in the air, just like your thigh. Make the players stand in front of the ball and then ask them to take their chests out as if to confront the ball. This will have the effect of breaking the ball’s speed and tumbling it down immediately.
But keep in mind that in soccer training drills, young players are given only a few modest lessons on this technique. It is very typical of them to use their hands while trying to stop the ball with the chest. This practice could lead to a problem by kids getting comfortable using their hands to deal with the ball.
It’s time now to execute these soccer coaching drills. Ensure that the players increasingly practice these. By subscribing to our youth soccer coaching community, keep yourself updated on the latest in the field.

What is happening in America? Subsequently, countless people are living with hypertension (high blood pressure) and are not improving. Obviously, this ailment is not understood except to treat the symptoms rather than the underlying problem. American Heart Association stats indicates just how this condition is not improving:
High blood pressure (hypertension) killed 57,356 people in the United States in 2005.
Clearly, there is a severe epidemic in the U.S. and it seems we are not taking a deserving all out attack on this enemy. This is a more extreme threat than any terrorist attack. This is the time and place where the funding and exploratory research requires focus. Wouldn’t you agree?
Ignorance of how we are polluting our bodies, obviously contributes to our not discovering an essential solution to high blood pressure.
The UNDERLYING CAUSE
DO YOU HAVE TOXIC BLOOD? HOW DOES THE BLOOD BECOME TOXIC?
When the blood becomes saturated with unfiltered blood then its ability to maintain body systems and organs is compromised. Blood quality forecasts each cell’s capacity to manage successfully its tasks. Normally, blood feeds the body. However, when the blood is in excess, it pollutes the entire body. As we age, over-stress, ingest a poor diet, etc. blood components can build up unless detoxification is employed or the primary blood filters in the body are supported to do their function.
If the blood remains toxic for too long then an acidic environment is created. The outcome is a deterioration of circulatory vessel walls. The condition results in a scarring process where components of blood (fibrin) fill in the inflamed or damaged areas. This build-up complicates the process of cleansing. If the circulatory plumbing is not cleared out then all organs suffer while the aging process speeds up. Its important at this stage that balance is re-established before established damage occurs.
There are different conditions that are involved with causation of toxic build-up. From a Chinese medicine perspective, the body can involve singular or multiple constitutional conditions. The primary (6) body types are:
cold<—————>hot
damp<————->dry
deficient<——–>excess
When the body becomes or specific organ become extreme in one of the constitutional conditions above then toxicity occurs. In order to move the imbalance or over toxicity to a balanced or neutral status, the body or its organ(s) need help to move in the other direction of the continuum.
Additionally, Its very important to discern which constitution is primary so treatment priority can be arrived at before tackling obvious symptoms. Again, the goal of the correction process is to achieve balance or neutral status. That is the mid-point between cold and hot, damp and dry, and deficient and excess. Anchoring the body’s constitutional center, makes possible, peak health where the symptoms fall away, health re-establishes.
Summary: Excess constitution with heat and dampness characteristics stemming from over-ingestion of rich, greasy, spicy, refined, intoxicating foods. Foods: excess red meat, eggs, cheese, fried foods, salt, excess sweet, refined & stale flour and oil products, chemicals, drugs and acoholic drinks.
When the body becomes overwhelmed by the above foods then the blood, organs and body becomes toxic and malfuctioning. The excess wears the body down into deficiency resulting in conditions of arthritis, tumor, diabetes, etc. The log jam in circulation generates higher body temperature and flow pressure causing the following conditions - high blood pressure, constipation, excess weight, stroke and many more circulation ailments. The remedy is purging and cleansing.with bitter herbs and foods. Bitter cools and reduces dampness in the body. There may be exceptions which require a seasoned Master herbalist’s (traditional chinese herbs) input.

My panic attacks were related to a social phobia ; crowded public places were a hell-hole for me. My lingering hysteria attacked my life and kept me from going out with pals and having fun. Friends and family would do my shopping and I never went to the cinema, just waited for the DVD.
I was prescribed pharmaceutical based treatments. But I found my uneasiness disorder drug treatment had basic 1000 ally ‘duped’ my brain into a better state. I was prescribed a serotonin-specific reuptake inhibitor ( SSRI ), essentially an anti-depressant. It made me feel lackadaisical and constantly exhausted. I was going about in a daze. But then i learned about food cure for anxiety and decided to try it.
If you have already sought medical recommendation, then the possibilities are that you’ve been prescribed some type of drug treatment programme?
But before this you would have been asked countless aggressive questions. Everyday drug treatments include…
Tranquillizers - such as Benzodiazepine. Short-term stress-related anxieties. Chance of addiction if taken for lengthy periods.
Buspirone - Can relieve tension over time but has complications. Different from Benzodiazepines.
antidepressants - such as Seroxat, Sereupin. 3 month course, but may need longer.
Beta-blockers - Such as Inderal or Lopressor only relieves physical signs of anxiety such as shaking. Doesn’t affect psychological symptoms. Not suitable if asthmatic or diabetic.
The above can help to a degree, but the idea of taking these for lengthy periods frightened me stiff. I felt as if I was slipping back to where I started ; I felt reliant upon them. Some of the drug treatments listed can be addictive and also have otherside effects, for example Buspirone which causes revulsion, headache and nervousness. So I took another, more natural route to overcoming anxiety attacks.
