alright, I cannot seem to lose weight.
I just feel tired constantly so, no I do not work out as much as I should. I really AM looking for a quick fix, but I understand that doesn't actually exist. But you get that I want this to work, and want it to happen quickly. Diet pills I have heard work on some, but I want to hear if they actually work on normal people. Same with homeopathic things. both I have heard work, but do they really?
and if you are just going to sit there and type "just eat less, exercise more" or "just eat small 4-5 meals a day" or "eat healthy, don't snack" I think I will scream.
I am looking for real help here. I am not HUGE but by no means do I think I look "healthy".
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me.
