Homeopathy trials are a mixed bag. If a successful trials is done, rarely has it been followed up by larger more rigorous trials. It is catch 22 for skeptics and homeopaths. If the larger trials work, the skeptics are in trouble. If it does not work, homeopaths are discredited. However, skeptics really back way from the larger trials since they have more to lose. Very little homeopathy research money is given.
