Happiness and health are the two major factors of an abundant life. Abundance can not be achieved from material things and other earthly possessions only but also from the people around you who support you and give you all the reasons to be happy in life.
True abundance like this does not come by accident. You may sometimes seem like you have seen people who have it all by luck. But this type of abundance doesn’t come by luck or karma alone. A person could be harnessing the laws of attraction to approve their life by accident or on purpose; which it is doesn’t matter. The best part is that you can learn to do the same for yourself.
Everyone can have an abundant life. If you want to start attracting abundance now in your life, start by being grateful of the things and the people you already have right now. Even if you are in such a situation wherein being grateful is the least thing you can do due to the difficulties you are facing now. Instead of thinking why others posses the best things in life while you are suffering from so much hardship, be grateful still, and eventually you will realize that you still have some things to be thankful for.
If you find it hard to think of things that you should express gratitude, why not keep a journal or a list of the things you have everyday. After a tiring day and before going to bed everyday, make at least a short list of the things that you can be grateful for. It could be a safe trip home from work or from school; it could be a few friends who smiled at you; it could be the food and water you ate throughout the day; and many more. By giving thanks to at least five of these things every night, you will tend to think of more things to be grateful about each day. This is a very positive step in experiencing an abundant life.
Giving your emotional state some attention is essential for living an abundant lifestyle. Everything is energy; our emotional habits may attract certain events, individuals and occurrences that vibrate with your emotions. If you are anxious, depressed or full of fear, you attract these same experiences to yourself.
Your emotions and your thoughts are very tightly linked. If you want to attract abundance to your life, it will be very important that you think positively. You will need to avoid negative thoughts in order to attract positive things to your life. For some people, this is harder to change than for others. When you’ve spent your entire life thinking and feeling one way, it can be difficult ‘ but not impossible- to correct this.

It will be a process that you need to work on daily but soon the thankful and optimistic attitude will become a habit for you. Many individuals all over the world are searching for the means of changing their life. They are searching for the magic that gives them the secret they are missing. They consider once they have this it will give them all they ever wanted. Many of them will spend countless years and money to find it. You are given that secret right now. Your search is finally over. The desire for it consumed your mind and inspired you to keep searching for it and now the universe is offering it to you. Everyone needs abundance in their lives.
First, you need to know that an abundant life does not mean you have all the money in the world. To live an abundant life you need three things and they are health, money and relationships. Some people may disagree and then tell you the secret to abundance is having money. This is simply not true.
The secret of abundance is in all three of these components: health, wealth and relationships. Your thoughts and emotions are the real secret to abundance. Your thoughts and emotions work to create your life, since they powerfully influence that which you desire in your life as well as influencing how you life your life right now.
For instance, if you are a multi-millionaire, yet you lack in health with only a few days to live, you spend your days staring at the ceiling, then what good will you get from all that money. If you have good health, but have no one to share your life with, how can health create abundant living? You need all three of these components to live an abundant life.
Many individuals reading this may shake their head and tell you this is a lie. If the secret of abundance depended upon your thoughts and emotions, that everyone would have an abundant life. These individuals are correct. If everyone has the power to create an abundant life, then why is he or she not doing so?
The list of reasons could be rather long, but they all stem from one fundamental issue. People don’t want to live a life of abundance. It is far easier to live the way they are and complain about it. Do you think that Donald Trump has spent one day in his life feeling sorry for himself? Do you think that Bill Gates doubted that he would be a millionaire? The answer is no. No they didn’t, haven’t and won’t. They have had the mindset from the beginning that they would be successful, that they would be the masters of their own lives� that they would live a life of abundance.
There is no reason to believe that the secret is so simple. Remember, everything you see and use started as a thought that someone manifested into reality. The car you drive, the seatbelts you use while driving, the deck you enjoy, the toys your child loves and the space shuttle all started as a thought.
What this means is you can start right now to create the life you desire. You need to determine what you want. Be specific, you can even write it down. When you determine what you want, look around and then be thankful for what you have now. It may not be perfect; it may not even be exactly what you want right now. However, if you do not appreciate what you already have, you can never have better.
Determine what you really want and then permit that thought to overcome you as it burns deeply in your heart, soul and mind. Become excited about it becoming a reality and then allow your emotions to empower that thought. Send an overwhelming message into the universe. You have to believe in what you want and that it is coming to you. While this is happening, you have to learn and do what you need to do to make it become a reality.
The hidden secret of abundance is locked in your head between your ears. It is your brain, your thoughts and your emotions. Change the way you think and you will change the life you are living.

Abundance is an experience for healthy happy lives. Abundance is not material prosperity. It involves strong, supportive relationships, enjoying good health, enjoying your work and living your life in harmony with your own set of values and beliefs.
But true abundance doesn’t happen by accident. Sure, some people seem luckier than others, but it’s not really all about luck at all. Whether they know it or not, in some way they are thinking and doing the things that attract abundance to their life. And you, or anyone like you, can do that, too.
Before you can attract more abundance into your life, you must first develop awareness of,and gratitude for, the blessings you already have. If life is really difficult and stressful right now, that can be a challenge, no doubt about that. But this attitude of gratitude is powerful,and it’s the first step to attracting more positives and abundance into your life.
A gratitude journal is an excellent tool to help you develop your attitude of gratitude. Each evening, as your last action of the day, you could list a specific number of people, things, or situations you are thankful for from that day. Even if they seem like little things other people might find insignificant, write down anything that is meaningful to you.

When you use manifestation you literally, you have the ability to ‘make things happen.’That’s a little simplistic, of course, but it’s something that’s easy to understand. Simply put, we all have the ability to manifest to at least some degree. Whether or not we use that ability is something else, but we can learn how to use it by working at it.
You can find many suggestions online concerning how to increase your power of manifestation. Some experts think that the foods we consume directly influences our intuitive abilities as well as the ability to tap into our senses, while others say that it only requires a heightened sense of awareness.
Sometimes this is because we are told outright that we have no control and other times it is because life’s weight bears down on us from a very young age and we just don’t realize that we have more power than we know. Yet, even under the various matters that weighs down our minds we still have the power of manifestation and abundance and anyone who wants to start tapping into it can do so with discipline.
For instance, how many times have you heard that healing your body depends on your frame of mind as well as your body? How many times have you heard that you can get what you want by focusing on that desire? All of these are forms of manifestation. We have and use these natural and intuitive senses on a regular basis. However, since we clog our minds with useless information, we fail to use them to get the rewards we seek.
Let’s say, for example, that you’re addicted to video games. How much time do you have to spend on what you really want to do and what you want your larger life purpose to be, or on what you want your life to be like, if you’re always playing video games? And by contrast, if you spend your time focusing on what you really want to do with your life — including thinking about it, researching and finding resources for it, and focusing on how alive you feel when you are ‘tapped into’your life’s purpose, how much different do you think things are going to be? Once you become aware of this skill, the more likely you are to be able to focus on it and enhance it. And the more you can focus on it and enhance it, the more likely you are to be able to use its power to get what you want. A as you continue to work with it, you’ll develop it to a greater and greater degree.
So take some time, first, to learn to clear your mind of all that internal chatter and nonsense that takes up so much of your attention, needlessly. This is going to take some time, so don’t expect it to happen overnight. The ability to manifest is like anything else, a talent that needs to be developed. In fact, it takes a dedicated effort to truly develop it to its fullest potential, such that you may even eventually want to call it a lifestyle.
However, if we take the time to develop our ability to clear our mind and tap into our own sense and ability we will find that we become literally much more focused and capable of completing what we are looking for.
When it comes to mastering the natural abilities, it is possible to discipline yourself for manifestation. Master your natural abilities and then develop those abilities even further.
