Panic disorder treatment. You might be wondering if one exists. A cure that doesn’t involve a cocktail of drugs?
I know for definite that a drug free cure does exist. It’s not exactly a “cure” but as near as you will get. You don’t get to take a pill & bam it’s cured. But you can stop them altogether.
I had a bad motorcycle accident and ended up with a panic disorder for a while afterwards. I tried all sorts of drugs to keep them at bay. Nothing worked properly, plus I knew as soon as I came off the drugs any benefit would be lost.
There’s the big problem with medication for anxiety disorders. Any gains you get are lost when you come off the medication. I doubt very much your own doctor will want you taking medication for too long.
You will have to come off at some time. And that’s when the attacks will be back. And when the attacks come back, they are worse because you’ve been dreading them for a while.
In an ideal world a treatment for social anxiety disorders without drugs would be readily available. I can tell you that this treatment does exist and I use it regularly. I fought back and took control.

I used to get anxious just waiting for the next random anxiety attack. Well, not so much random with me because I know what triggers my attacks. Crowds! And it doesn’t need to be a big one either. 3 or 4 people does it for me.
It got so bad with me I would run for my life if I got near a small group of people. I did realise that it was all in my head, there was no “real” danger. I still had to flee or risk the consequences.
I spent like for ever looking for some kind of cure or treatment. It was worth the wait, oh yes was it worth the wait. I saw a lot of doctors and not one ever mentioned the cure I unearthed.
You options now are to carry on taking drugs with little benefit. Or you can discover what it is that I use every time I feel a twinge of an attack. I calmly stop it dead and carry on with what I was doing.

Has there been any development, such as using alternative therapies, in researching new ways of treating different types of depression? It has been said that over the last few years, many cases of depression and SAD, seasonal affective disorder, have been treated, with alternative medicines and therapies. While looking into cures, a new alternative treatment or therapy has been found for this type of disorder.
Light Therapy is the latest among the alternative treatments for depression. Light Box Therapy for depression has become one of the favorite light therapy products used for this disorder. Light Therapy makes use of ‘light boxes’. 10,000 lux of artificial light are provided by these light boxes. Light Therapy, which is also referred to as phototherapy, usually consists of exposure to particular wavelengths of light depending how much is being prescribed for a certain amount of time.
Light Therapy is known to be effective on persons who are experiencing seasonal affective disorder. Winter depression or winter blues, is what this form of mood disorder is usually known as. During the winter season this type of depression can be experienced by the patient repeatedly. Many experience the feeling of depression year after year. On the other hand, aside from seasonal affective disorder, light boxes were proven to help other types of depression as well.
The advantage of light boxes is that they do not cause skin damage compared to a other varieties of light therapies, that use ultraviolet light. We are aware of the damage to the skin with prolonged exposure to ultraviolet light. Blue Light Treatment and light box treatment are associated, although compared to blue light, the light box gives a quicker therapeutic response to the individual who uses it. However, it has been found that Blue Light Therapy to treat depression is not an adequate depression treatment for mature patients.
Extensive disorders such as SAD and depression may take up to three weeks for any results to show, using any form of Light Therapy.

A new drugless therapy that works on most mental problems is available. It has NO bad side effects. This new solution to these problems is affordable even to low income families. (Unlike the effective, but very expensive EEG Biofeedback (AKA Neurofeedback or Neurotherapy). Neuroliminal Training (NT) changes brain wave amplitudes in a different simpler way than EEG Biofeedback. While most call it simply “Neuroliminal”, or “NT”, the full name is “Neuroliminal Brain Wave Training”. (There’s a Patent Pending on this new usage of subliminal messaging).
How does it work? It uses a special combination of speech and audio sounds combined in a subliminal message on a repeating CD. This type of repetitive message is actually “beneficial brainwashing”. This therapy has been proven very effective for not only ADD/ADHD and Autism, but also for depression, insomnia, and even epilepsy. In January 2007, a volunteer test with 11 autistic kids ranging in age from 3 ½ to 11 showed the same overall improvement in an 8 week reporting period as would be expected in a similar group using EEG Biofeedback. Even more significant, of nearly 200 Autism CD packages sold, only 2 have been returned under the guarantee (“Noticeable improvement within 6-8 weeks or return for refund”).
Earlier tests (2004) showed both depression and Insomnia problems were solved within a few weeks or less. In tests in 2005/6, over 20 ADD/ADHD sufferers in a volunteer test all solved these symptoms within 8 weeks. They are now able to sit in class, concentrate, and learn. IQ scores also improved considerably. With Ritalin and other drugs, IQ is often affected adversely. We waste many of our brightest kids this way – Why?
What are the drawbacks? Changing brain wave amplitudes takes time. Even using EEG Biofeedback (AKA Neurofeedback or Neurotherapy), it takes 50-60 sessions for most ADHD cases and hundreds of sessions for autism cases. THERE ARE NO QUICK SOLUTIONS TO MENTAL PROBLEMS.
Why does it work? Why does raising one brain wave (called SMR 12-14 Hz) do so much for mental problems? For the past 40 years EEG biofeedback has been proving this works, but no one knows exactly why. We don’t know exactly how it works, but we do know how to use it. Like hypnosis and electricity.
I voiced a theory that stated “Increasing the amplitude of the SMR brain wave, SOMEHOW changes the affect on the brain of allergens” in 2000 at a conference. There is a huge body of anecdotal evidence that this theory is correct, and there is still no viable alternate that explains the huge success of either EEG Biofeedback or Neuroliminal Training. Both are similar in success rates. The only real difference is a huge difference in cost and convenience.
More and more, our kids are being treated with dangerous drugs that do not “cure” anything, just attack the symptoms, and dull the perceptions and reflexes of the kids. Drugs never really solve such problems, they just relieve some symptoms, and their side-effects all too often lead to worse problems. Neuroliminal Training has no danger of bad side effects.

who invented Neuroliminal Training, a simpler and
affordable way to change brain wave amplitudes solving
ADD/ADHD to Autism, depression, insomnia, epilepsy and more.

In the midst of all the alternative medicine treatments that you’ve heard about recently, you may have noticed aromatherapy mentioned a few times. Many dismiss the idea of using scents to bring medical results as quackery, and that’s understandable in many ways. There’s a lot of information about aromatherapy that comes from people who speak about it based on their spiritual beliefs and a paucity of information that comes from detailed medical studies. As a medical treatment in Western nations, it’s still a little new, so there’s still much to learn about it. Let’s take a look at some of the ways that aromatherapy does help people so you know how to better incorporate it into your life.
As A Medical Practice
The basis of aromatherapy comes from the use of essential oils, which are taken from plants using distilling processes, resulting in concentrated liquids that are often very fragrant. In France, where aromatherapy is used in concert with traditional medical practices, but it’s for the antiseptic properties of the essential oils more than anything. In France, essential oils are sometimes prescribed and administered by a physician to target harmful organisms that might lead to bacterial, viral, or fungal infections.
If you’re wondering where the “aroma” part of aromatherapy comes in, there are traditional medical practices in the United States in which the scents of various compounds result in an alleviation of symptoms of illness. The approach most people are familiar with is the use of things such as Vicks VapoRub or Halls cough drops to help drain clogged sinuses and throats. Aromatic chemicals such as menthol and eucalyptus bring an alleviation of those symptoms, which are often associated with colds.
As Stress Therapy
When you start to venture out of such applications and begin to talk about alleviating stress with aromatherapy, then you start to get into ideas that come less from observed scientific evidence than from common theories. Aromatherapy is often suggested as a way to reduce symptoms of stress in people and for other effects. For instance, basil oil is often suggested to ease the effects of depression and to help you to focus, while lavender is used for relaxation.
Although many of these supposed effects aren’t determined through scientific study, it’s easy enough to notice that pleasant scents can make people feel cheerier. In that respect, it wouldn’t hurt to practice a little aromatherapy at home; at best, it really will help and at worst, you still end up surrounded by enjoyable scents. So, whether you’re using it for medical purposes or just to relax, aromatherapy offers something for you.
