Do you feel exhausted, worn out, and drained? Do you have chronic illness or get sick often? Frequently, these are warning signs of a toxic body, and is your body’s way of alerting you that it’s time to do a deep body cleanse.
But what is body cleansing? Body cleansing is just a method to detoxify your body internally. Often times, people don’t think much about what they’re eating and putting on their skin. But when you look at the labels, you’ll often see a large number of man-made chemicals, and your body isn’t designed to process or consume these chemicals. Because pesticides and insecticides don’t need to be labeled, unless you’re eating all organic foods, those chemicals are in every bite too.
You know those substances aren’t good for you – but how do you get them out of your body? That’s where deep cleansing comes in, and it often involves colon cleansing, liver cleansing, and even a gallbladder cleanse. Colon cleansing is done regularly with enemas, or even professional colonics. Liver cleansing is often done with coffee enemas. While coffee enemas sound a bit strange, they work like a charm! And believe it or not, you can remove your gallstones, by drinking concoctions of Epsom salts, and lemon juice and olive oil. You can find the complete recipe by doing a Google search.
Water fasting and juice fasting can be part of cleansing too. Did you know that fasting is a powerful method of detoxification? Juice fasting provides optimal nutrition, while you’re detoxifying.
Because the powerful healing powers of coconut oil are becoming well known, coconut oil is often used in body cleansing too. Did you know coconut oil is a powerful natural antiviral and antibacterial agent? Coconut oil is so powerful that some cleanses are based entirely around fasting on lemonade with coconut oil in it.

Colon cleansing has become increasingly popular in recent years, but it’s been around for ages. Early mentions of colon cleansing date back to biblical times, and today’s health food stores have shelves lined with different colon cleansers.
But why has the popularity of colon cleansing increased so much in recent years? Certainly, part of it is due to the popularity of the Master Cleanse and other programs designed to cleanse the body. A body cleansing program removes a great deal of stored toxic waste from the body, and as these programs are marketed, people regularly talk about how much waste is trapped in the average person’s colon and in body. There are even some pretty incredible pictures of the filth that has been removed by colon cleansing. And more people are becoming aware of the need for colon cleansing, because more and more people are talking about it.
Diets and lifestyles have also changed a great deal in the last fifty years and even more so in the last hundred years. In general, people are eating more processed foods, and less natural foods. The combination tends to allow more waste to build in the colon, where it sits uneliminated, because the high fiber content of natural foods that is meant to push the waste out of the body is often missing. Unfortunately, though, when this waste sits in the colon, it putrefies, and the end result is often disease for the person that carries it.
In fact, some natural health care professionals believe that all disease begins in the colon and that all disease can be attributed to toxins stored in the body. However, through the use of colon cleansing methods like colonics, enemas, and colon cleansing products, a great deal of this filth can be removed from the body forever. And when the body and colon are really cleansed though deep body cleansing, it’s quite common for health problems disappear.

A few years ago an article in the San Diego Union Tribune announced the finding of rocket fuel in milk. Yes, you did read that correctly, I did say rocket fuel. I was stunned by this and shared it with a friend. My friend didn’t think this was a big deal, and honestly, I think I found that more astounding. Because, of course, people put milk in their bodies and therefore, they are putting rocket fuel in their bodies, sometimes several times each day. You understand that I’m saying..
Later, I learned that this same person believed that the chlorine that municipalities put in the water supply was actually helpful in making us clean while bathing. At first I was sure that this was a joke, but I was assured it was not. Sometimes you just scratch your head a little bit.
Unfortunately, though, I think it’s commonplace for people today to dramatically underestimate the damage caused to our bodies by putting such chemicals inside our bodies. And I believe it’s also common for people to underestimate and just not to be aware of all of the hidden and dangerous chemicals in what we consume, like in milk and far too many more commonly consumed items.
Unfortunately, our bodies aren’t designed to be able to handle all of these chemicals, so we don’t just effectively eliminate them – and we end up storing a lot of them. And the assertion that all of these man-made chemicals are safe in the body is laughable. How would anyone know for an absolute fact that any of these chemicals are safe in the body?
Most of the chemicals that are common in the body haven’t even been around for long, so it would have been impossible for any real studies to have looked at the effects of time, accumulation, and the combination of the chemicals with other chemicals from other sources that have also become trapped in the body. Or, for that matter, if all of these chemicals trapped in the body have any effects on the next generation. Or generations after that. It simply hasn’t been done, or has it?
At the same time that so many chemicals used in and on our bodies has increased, health problems in individuals have also increased astronomically. They’re increasing so fast you can almost watch it happen. Not long ago, it was estimated that 30 percent of the population would have a problem with cancer. Now, it’s estimated that half of the population will have a problem with cancer.
In fact, you could look at our society as a whole, with the increase in both the number of common chemicals used in and on our bodies, and the dramatic rise in health problems and say conclusively: We’ve conducted one giant experiment, with the participation of an entire culture. Regrettably, we’ve found that without a doubt, the use and accumulation of unnatural chemicals in the body absolutely causes problems. Often times though, you don’t see the problems immediately which is why we unfortunately didn’t make the direct connection right away.
The only question left is: Do we want to keep this experiment with our health and bodies up? Or do we want to spend some time doing a deep body cleanse with a colon cleanse in order to remove these stored chemicals and curtail their use – in general? Do we want to put an stop this experiment or do we want to just let people (and generations) keep getting sicker and sicker? It’s our choice: What will we decide?

Have you ever wondered what body odor is and where exactly it comes from?
I bet you’d be surprised to know that body odor is often a sign of internal toxicity – and an indication of the need for colon cleansing. Have you seen any of the pictures on the Internet of rather enormous amounts of filth being released from the body through colon cleansing? Many companies that sell colon cleansing products will have some of these images for your viewing pleasure on thier Websites.
You might be shocked at the images of filth that most people carry inside their bodies these days. You might also be surprised to learn that most people carry ten or more pounds of uneliminated waste in their colon walls, and they’ve been adding to it since childhood. And at some point, it’ll start to produce an odor.
This may be new to you, so let’s back up a bit and look at why this is the case.
Well, modern diets aren’t exactly what nature intended for us to eat. Nature intended for us to be eating large amounts of fruits, vegetables, greens, beans, nuts, seeds, rice, and maybe an occasional fish or other animal – and importantly, not much else.
Since stoves and ovens didn’t come in the nature package, most of our food would be raw, or uncooked, and the fiber and enzymes in those foods still intact. It’s how our ancestors lived for millions of years, and it’s a diet designed to push the waste from our colon right out of our bodies quickly and easily. Did you notice that cheeseburgers, French fries, candy bars, and margaritas weren’t on the list? Neither was pasta or potato chips. In fact, eating the diet that nature intended for us is rather an anomaly these days, and for our parent’s generation as well.
And with this deviation, of course, there’s going to be an effect.
The effect is that waste doesn’t get pushed out of our bodies as quickly as it should. You might be surprised to know that in the few remote cultures on Earth that still follow a natural diet, it’s common for the people to have three bowel movements each day: one about thirty minutes after each meal. But in most cultures today, that too is an anomaly. When you see and understand how much filth most people carry in their colons today, you’ll understand why it’s common for people to produce a body odor, after just a few hours without bathing.
